Plumbing Pricing Principles Guide - digital download
This document is a plumbing industry pricing principles guideline and not predetermined plumbing industry pricing. Labour and product costs will be determined by local requirements, pricing and availability.
The aim of this guideline is to create awareness of these principles of pricing and items included or excluded from costing a plumbing job.
Plumbing principles, items, quantities, labour and product pricing have been sourced from industry to compile Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and per point framework. This framework was distributed to plumbing industry merchants to submit retail pricing. An average of these received prices has been published in this guide and will be updated annually.
Use of this guideline is at your own risk and pricing should be checked with local manufacturers/merchants at time of quoting/tendering.
Always refer to SANS standards for product performance and installation requirements.
The institute of Plumbing SA, its employers, members and committee members cannot be held liable for loss or damage that may occur from use of this plumbing industry pricing guideline.
